Kaiko sunglasses are handmade in Nairobi, Kenya by Shadeshares using Finnish birch veneer. These edgy sunglasses are much more than just stylish - Shadeshares is committed to training and employing young adults from the slums of Kariobangi and Korogocho and offsetting their carbon footprint.
The Kaiko sunglass collection consists of two trendy designs: the large and feminine Glow and the cool Ray. Both designs are available in black as well as in the natural wood shade. The sunglasses are polarized and UV-protected. These wooden sunglasses are sustainable, high-quality, eco-friendly and made from certified Finnish birch veneer.
For every purchased pair of sunglasses, a tree is planted in Kenya.
