Shipping time

We strive to ship orders as swiftly as possible. This means that we process and ship orders in Finland within 2–5 working days of receiving them. At peak times (campaigns, launches and public holidays), shipping times may be slightly longer.
 
We ship orders abroad within 2–8 working days depending on the destination country and shipping method.

Shipping outside Finland

We only deliver to Europe. Minimum order value 50 €.

Delivery terms

Shipping costs include postage and packaging costs. Shipping costs are automatically added to the total amount of the order in the checkout.

In order to guarantee the fastest possible delivery, we will process your order as soon as we receive it. For this reason, unfortunately, we are unable to add or change products to an order, or merge multiple orders afterwards. If you want to order more products, please always place a new order.

We reserve the right to change delivery methods during campaigns. For any free delivery campaigns, we reserve the right to use the most affordable shipping method.

The benefit of free postage offered during the campaigns will be canceled if the customer returns part of the order so that the total price of the products left for him is less than the amount specified in the campaign. In this case, the cheapest shipping fee for the corresponding package will be deducted from the refund.

Please note that the items you want to buy, are only reserved to you after you have successfully made the payment in checkout, our cart is not reserving the items to your before that. VAT

Customer pays all the custom and VAT duties. Customers from non-EU countries are exempt from paying the Finnish VAT and all product prices are automatically given accordingly, but they are responsible for paying possible customs, local VAT and similar expenses in their own country.
 
Return Policy
In accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, we offer a 14 day return policy for all of our items starting from the date of receiving the item in question. Returned items must be in original condition, i.e. unworn and resellable. Do return items in their original packaging. The return policy does not apply to underwear, swimwear and sock products.
 
Guide for returns
In orders delivered outside of Finland, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. Customer can choose which shipping carrier to use to ship the items back to us. Please save the receipt and/or tracking number of the return parcel until we have processed the return. Always remember to include the return from filled with your returned items.

Please pack the items you wish to return carefully and include the filled return form. Pick any Posti or Matkahuolto service point and write the carrier specific return details from below on top of your package and leave with at the service point of your selection.  Please save the receipt and/or tracking number of the return parcel until we have processed the return.  We will charge €5.00 in return costs per shipment.

Return processing time

We will not accept returns after 14 business days. We strive to process returns as swiftly as possible. When the return is received and accepted, a refund will be made to the original payment method. The time for processing a return may take up to 10-14 working days, from receiving the return.

If you have received free shipping for an order exceeding €150 and return items in that order so that the total remaining value of the order is less than €150, also the original shipping charge will be deducted from the returned amount.


Problems with shipping and faulty items


If an item has gone missing during shipment, is faulty or the wrong item has been delivered to the customer, the customer must notify us immediately at info(a)kaikoclothing.com. 
The notification regarding an incorrect delivery or a faulty item must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. If the parcel has been damaged during shipment, a complaint regarding the damaged item must be immediately to the courier company.
