Shipping time

We strive to ship orders as swiftly as possible. This means that we ship orders in Finland within 1–5 working days of receiving them. At peak times (campaigns, launches and public holidays), shipping times may be slightly longer. 

We ship orders abroad within 1–8 working days depending on the destination country and shipping method (DHL, Parcel Connect).

Shipping method and charges

Shipping charges include postage and packing costs. The shipping charges are automatically added to the total price when you place an order. If any of the items you have ordered are sold out, we will contact you immediately.
If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact our customer service, info(a)kaikoclothing.com, as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to change shipping methods during campaigns. In campaigns with free shipping, we reserve the right to select the most inexpensive method.
The shipping charges depend on both the weight and volume of the order. The shipping charges are based on the current postal rates. The shipping charges for orders in Finland start from €3.90. Orders of €120 or more are shipped free of charge in Finland.
The minimum value for orders abroad is €50.

You pay for the items and their shipping when placing your order. The following payment methods are available in our online shop:
online bank payment, debit or credit cards, MobilePay and Klarna's payment methods.
Payments are processed through the website of Paytrail Plc. Also invoice and instalments are available as payment methods.

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

Klarna payment methods
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment methods. Payment is to be made to Klarna.
• Pay in [14] days: The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. You can find the complete terms and conditions for the markets where this payment method is available here: United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Austria and the Netherlands.
• Slice it: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly instalments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. Further information regarding Slice It including terms and conditions and Standard European Consumer Credit Information you can find here for the markets where this payment method is available: Austria, the United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.
• Direct bank transfer: Available in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland and the Netherlands. Your account will be debited directly after placement of your order.
• Direct Debit: Available in Germany, Sweden, Austria and the Netherlands. Your account will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service or in case of a subscription in accordance with the timelines communicated. You will be notified about the date(s) by email.
• Card Payments: Available in Sweden, Germany and Austria. The amount will be reserved on your card and will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. In case of a subscription the amount will be debited in accordance with the timelines communicated.

The payment methods Pay in [14] days, Slice It and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. We can only offer you the payment methods available based on the result of the credit check. General information about Klarna and the user terms per country can be found on klarna.com. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarnas privacy statement. 

VAT

Customer pays all the custom and VAT duties. Customers from non-EU countries are exempt from paying the Finnish VAT but they are responsible for paying possible customs, local VAT and similar expenses in their own country.

Exchange and Return Policy

In accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, we offer a 14 day exchange and return policy for all of our items starting from the date of receiving the item in question. Exchanges are free of charge. Returned items must be in original condition, i.e. unworn and resellable. Do return items in their original packaging. The exchange and return policy does not apply to underwear, swimwear and sock products.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
We will charge €5.00 in return costs per shipment.
The first exchange to another item is free.

In international orders, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If you have placed an order from Switzerland or Norway and wish to make a return, please contact our customer service:

All payments concerning returns are handled through Paytrail. With account payments, Paytrail will request for your account number by email, after which the money will be returned to your account within a few working days. With credit card payments, the money is returned directly to the card in question (for example Visa, Mastercard).

You can send the items that you wish to return or exchange to us as a customer return parcel to the address below. Please fill out the exchange and return form that you received with your order. This will expedite the processing of exchanges and returns. In case of a complaint, please wait for our response before sending the item back to us.

If you wish, you can return or exchange items directly at our studio at order pickup times:
Tuesdays and Thursdays
between 10 am and 3 pm
at Nokiantie 2-4 C, Helsinki

If you have received free shipping for an order exceeding €120 and return items in that order so that the total remaining value of the order is less than €120, also the original shipping charge will be deducted from the returned amount.
Return processing time

It takes approximately two weeks to process returns. We strive to process returns as swiftly as possible. Please note that we only answer questions regarding returns if more than two weeks have passed.

Problems with shipping and faulty items


If an item has gone missing during shipment, is faulty or the wrong item has been delivered to the customer, the customer must notify us immediately at info(a)kaikoclothing.com. 
The notification regarding an incorrect delivery or a faulty item must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. If the parcel has been damaged during shipment, a complaint regarding the damaged item must be immediately to the courier company.
