The sweet Frill Puffy Dress delights with beautiful puff sleeves and a layered skirt with plenty of volume. The dress has a loose silhouette, the sleeve cuffs are finished with a delicate elastic band and gathering at the seam below the chest adds beautiful volume to the skirt. A playful frill at the hem. Snap buttons on one shoulder of sizes 74/80 and 86/92 add ease with dressing. The print is our cheerful, radiant Peach Blush.
