The Tiered Mini Dress is made from soft organic cotton poplin. The loosely fitting dress has mid-length puff-sleeves and a mini-length hem with ample layering. The dress ties at the neck, with a deep slit that reaches down to the waistline at the mid, back seam. The color is classic Black. No lining.
