The Puff Dress has a light A-line silhouette, large voluminous sleeves, and the cuffs are decorated with beautiful smock ruching. The elegant stand-up collar has beautiful coated buttons and a small slit on the back. Comes with a loose belt that can be tied around the waist. A patterned Iris with large purple flowers sprawling on a brown background.
